Okaaay. So, this is the number two auction, to help with my current downsizing of Double Dance stables . I know the drawings sucketh, but I didn't feel the need to go all-out on foals I'm not even keeping. *lazy* I actually finished this weeks ago, but only uploaded it now because I had to wait for the first auction to be done..

Said previous auction lot has successfully all been sold off, but now I have babies that I can't keep!
I'm now only focusing on Andies, Knabs, Friesians, PRMs, TBs and Hanos, with a bit of Mustangs/Shires/Canadians on the side.

So, unfortunately, these three babies must go, too. I'm sure there'll be a few people willing to give them a good forever home? ^.^
The key element if you want to win, here, is originality and effort. If you toss me a 2-second uncolored headshot sketch that doesn't even resemble the adoptable's color, you might not win. I like to see them being used, too... I dislike people who will win an adoptable and never draw them again, afterwards. I like little accompanying text/stories, and I also like to know what you plan on doing with the adoptable, if you win him/her. Also, the applicant's ranch page is a huge determining factor in the final judgment, too (realistic, organized and active ranches are what I'm looking for!)

As for the stats, you can totally dum them down a lot, if you don't like my overly descriptive layout, lol. As long as the core info is kept, I'm fine with you changing the stat layout to fit what you usually do or whatever.

Now, for the rules...

GUIDELINES:
1. To apply for a horse, DevNote =Hazel-rah with your DA drawing of the horse (full body and colored, no recycled linearts or photomanips, obviously!) and a link to your HARPG ranch, please.
2. Entrants must be #HorseArt-RPG registered, or in the process of being registered (application already sent.)
3. You can apply for multiple horses, but it's very unlikely that you'll get more than one.
4. Please give DDS /=Hazel-rah original character design credit in the description and drawing.
5. You cannot alter the basic stats of the horse (gender, breed, bloodlines, color, etc.) But you can draw them older than now, and you can give them personalities, a name (don't use our “DD” brand, though!!), a history, etc. You can also mildly alter the coat shade and stuff, but keep it to a minimum.
6. You cannot breed these to any unrealistic type horses, ever, if you win them.
7. Don't rush your entry. I judge based on the effort, originality, and time spent, as well as the activity level & realistic-ness of the ranch, not the "photorealism" or "artistic beauty" in the artwork (beauty is in the eye of the beholder, after all!)
8. I reserve the right to close this auction with no winners, if there aren't enough applicants.
9. Deadline is currently January 31st 2010 (extension can be allotted on demand, but I believe it's waaay late enough as it is.) You don't need to ask to apply. Just send me your entry, and I'll judge them all, after the deadline. It's not a first-come-first-serve deali-o!

Phenotype: Dark liver chestnut with paler mane and tail. Also has a thin, broken stripe, and LF coronet.
Eyes: Dark golden
Genotype: ee/AA
Height: Projected 15.1hh or so
Build: Excellent conformation, nice and leggy but with a compact and strong frame, and is beautifully proportioned. Should mature into a fine stud.

Notes: Mash's first kiddo, he should make an excellent halter horse, but he seems fairly multifaceted, as well. Please remember to register him in the HARPG if you win!

Breed: Arabian
Bloodline: Egyptian
Sire & Dam: Ezekiel x DD Al Zahra ([link] )
Phenotype: Black (will grey out, though as she ages!!), with blaze ending around the upper lip, RF stocking, LF sock, and RH sock. In time (the rate will depend on the new owner's choice), she should get paler and paler. She'll probably go from black with a bit of graying on the face, to a very dark, speckled grey, then a dark steel grey, which will progressively lighten, to eventually reach a light dappled grey stage, and finally, white. The process can take years, but varies from horse to horse (some get white by 8 years old, other 16 years old.)
Eyes: Dark chestnut brown
Genotype: EE/aa/Gg
Height: Projected 14.3hh or so
Build: Absolutely stunning, classic Straight Egyptian body. Even for a foal, she's perfectly put together, and is remarkably elegant, refined, proportioned, and has pretty much zero conformation flaws.

Notes: Probably Fatimah's last foal, and she even resembles her mum quite a bit (before she turns grey, anyway..) We expect great things from her. Please remember to register her in the HARPG if you win!

Breed: Falabella
Bloodline: Purebred
Sire & Dam: DD Two to Tango x LeBlanc Cora ([link] )
Phenotype: Near leopard with black silver dapple base. Has a huge star that kind of dips a little, as well as a RF sock (with ermine spots), LF coronet (with ermine spots), and LH partial coronet. Mane & tail are obviously flaxen because of the silver gene, but there are also a few white blobs/streaks in there, from the appaloosa spots. Hooves are all grey striped beige.
Eyes: Warm chocolate brown. Left eye has a fleck of icy blue in it.
Genotype: EE/aa/Zz/LPlp/PTRN (I think?? xD)
Height: Projected around 30" once matured (now stands around 16-17"-ish)
Build: Very small. She's doesn't really look like a scruffy, tubby, fuzzy Shetland baby, though. She's very petite, refined, with tiny, perfectly shaped hooves, mini stubby ears, a tapered muzzle, miniscule nostrils, and thin legs. Her conformation is great, and she's very balanced for a Falabella.
