This is elegent and stirring and quite nice to look at. To me this conveys not merely a dark atmosphere and sense of drama, but also a bit of something else...I'd say a bit of that hightened state of awareness that indivuals may enter when something very intense is going on.

Really, no graphite? I thought the hands were definitely graphite... oh well, that's what asking questions are for. Do you dilute the ink (water soluble)? Or rather, what ink do you use?

Yes, I just dilute the ink whenever I need to. I usually use FW ink, but for this I used Winsor & Newton ink (black Indian & white). Hope that helps~ : )
