Well... I decided to trace a piece of art of mine and make this base for ya ( totally not using Grenade as a reference )The rules are

The lack of relatively circular circles makes my OCD hurt.

I already gave more than my all to trace it into a perfect circle, so I can no longer fix it, deal with it.

If you want to know, I want to make this base MS paint friendly, and MS paint does not have this feature. Plus if I use the trick I know to rotate the circle, the lines will be rough , which is something I don't want. And well, I did not tell you to use this base, plus there is really nothing else I can do :T

One, making it on another program does not suddenly not allow you to use it on MS paint. Two MS paint does have a perfect circle tool, all you need to do it hold shit while making the circle....

Seriously? Likw WTF? It was meant to be an oval , I said " circle " in the previous reply since I thought you thought an oval is a circle. THAT style , I always draw the head as an oval not a circle! And plus the shift tool is A BIG HEADACHE for me. Gosh how many times should I facepalm man.....
