Photoshop Elements, Photoshop CS something, GIMP, Paint.NET, Corel Paint (but that one stopped working D: ), MSpaint and sometimes I use this online thingy (but it's waaay too slow.)

But the main ones are GIMP, Paint.NET and Photoshop elements.
