P2U base this time! I made a pollΒ where I asked you about the price, so now it's finally here!The file comes in .psd format, so before purchasing make sure that you're able to use it in your program!
The base includes:
>Body
>Horn
>Wings
>Large wings
>3 type of tails
Rules:
> You must purchase the base to use it.
> You can't give the base to others.

Are you asking why they are selling the base instead of giving it for free?
If so,they made the base themselves,so they can sell it,but most of the time other pony bases are usually copied from screenshots and cannot be sold as it would be art theftΒ
