Kuai Liang, better known as Sub-Zero or Grandmaster is the leader of Lin Kuei. He is the younger brother of original Sub Zero, later Noob Saibot as his real name is Bi-Han after being killed and murdered by Scorpion after he got killed by him and then revived by Quan Chi as he became a ninja spectre. Sub-Zero and Scorpion had a long heated rivalry and history together as he blames Kuai Liang being responsible for the murder of Scorpion's family as they get perished, he is mistaken that his older brother Bi-Han may be responsible, but Quan Chi lied that he's the murderer for killing Scorpion's family, Shirai Ryu clan and Bi-Han until he is revived by him into Noob Saibot as he allies with him and becomes a member of the Brotherhood of Shadow. As time goes on in the game of Mortal Kombat X, Sub-Zero and Scorpion made peace and they are on good terms after learning the truth about Quan Chi menacing his clan and family and finally become friendly rivals after a misunderstanding resolved. Sub-Zero has freezing powers and abilities such as ice ball to make his opponents frozen and clones himself like a ice decoy after his sacrifice, he returns in battle!.
