She is the eldest and only daughter of Peter and Lois Griffin as her appearance that she is an average teenager that she's got an inherited shape of her head, white tanned skin, nose and her hairstyle from her mother and she's got brown hair and wears glasses like her father Peter and she wears a Pink Beanie, Got Pink Lipstick, Pink and White Top, Blue Jeans and White Sneakers. Meg is the punchline in this show as she has to put up with her dysfuctional family while they are complete embarrassment to her and treat her shabbily sometimes as her father Peter is the perfect example abusing her at times like this. Meg hopes of dreams that wants to gain popularity hopefully to find true love and man of her dreams and she attends James Woods High School despite of having bad luck with her classmates, Meg is an Academic Student that she gets good grades unlike her brother Chris who is failing school and build a bright future the day she graduates and leaves for college. Despite of Meg being the butt of jokes by anyone, she is a very sweet, tolerable and friendly girl that shows compassionate towards others and including her family she loves at times despite being the bratty teenager with endless patience she was before back in the early seasons that she got better since her dark emotional days and in each episode that Meg normally builds up her own talents to impress her friends, classmates and neighbours and even make her family proud.
