Digital painting test of Corrupted Ruby from an AU idea I had some time ago. After working on the Inktober drawing for today I got the urge to make a color experiment. Done in 2 hours.

Out of all the different designs I've seen for a Corrupted Ruby, I think that this one is my favourite.

Because the idea of the AU was just Ruby being corrupted, no one else. I might draw Sapphire someday if I get any good ideas but that's it because it's what I want. I don't feel like designing the other Gems because there's already too many designs of them by other artists.
