His name is Liam, but he goes by Baby purely for the comedic factor because he knows he looks out of the ordinary for a demon. Liam absolutely DESPISES other demonic beings. He'll go out of his way to reverse their contracts with mortals, break possessions, and generally screw up the evil dealings done by other members of his hellish species. He's surprisingly powerful and high ranking in terms of his abilities, so it's not difficult for him. He's basically a soft pink old man with a grudge against his own kind LOL.
