just for character design I love the how the typical poodle pom fur is just a giant 'fro. xD
the hairstyle looks like she could have a lot of attitude but only told by her mouth expression since you can't see her face kind of like a reverse Gromit (from Wallace and Gromit) how you could only read his eyes for what he could be thinking, which I just like as design and interpretation since it's a creative way to display how we connect thoughts and feeling with facial expression but anyway-
You have some good solid line work happening, nothing looks out-of-place wonk or oddly shaped, the lines are making the shapes they're suppose to.
The lack of lines art in the background helps make the character stand out (besides her colours haha), legit a beach I could never hope to achieve :'D
but, now I don't want to sound like a colour theory snob or anything because I have trouble colouring and shading too , I feel like the shading on her could be a bit more brighter and wrap around her body, so not as shadow-casting, so since it's a beach scene in the little window use that as a light source.
And I watched your speedpaint but couldn't really see quick enough which colours you were picking for shading, but I've seen in lots of tutorials that say try not to use directly black or don't lean towards grey-er muted colours for shading.
So maybe instead of black, maybe a dark orange could have been used around the back of her to add a kind of sunny glow?
I'd be up for a collab in the future if you ever want to
but still, the shading you have is still nice, nice to see the subtle visible smoke she's exhaling and from her cigarette.

yeah I mean you can try any colour really, I just went through your gallery and I'd say try it, you do look like
you use black as a main shade colour. Not saying that's bad, but it can make things look much darker than need be.

trust me if it was bad I would let you know asap c: and girl yes I would like that a lot considering that I don't get much feedback on my art that I worked hard on ;A; x'D but yeah I can remind you if you like me too don't want to be too annoying about it x'D well I think it depends on the artist, I'm slowly learning new things to try in shading and art wise. Need to learn how to do more dynamic poses to save my life :'D I do tend to use that a lot when i'm doing lighting sources as well. I'm ready to do one now if you like I'm not too busy with anything and college starts in jan. 14 so I'm good until then c:
