This immediately reminded me of Furnace. It is an amazing series that I would suggest you read. I always like gas mask drawings, it is just a thing of mine, and the ones of children are some of my favorites. I love the ink splotch on the back, and the detail on the nose part of the gas mask, but I do have some suggestions. For one, maybe add some more detail to her hair to make it seem more flowy (i have the same problem) because it makes it look more realistic. Secondly, and this may have been intentional, the mask part of the gas mask looks like wood. I would suggest, if this is not intentional, adding some textures to give it more of a gas mask look.

Im sorry, this must sound incredibly stupid.. But is this a fanart?
I had gotten this picture to ink for an assignment in class.. and if it is an original work of some well known artist, let me know and I will remove my work from the contest.
