Simple lines, sweeet. It almost feels like inks to me, which is just as nice.

whoa, you're still using film? expensive no?
Have you tried developing film using coffee and Vit C?

Nice effects are your pieces. I'm always for the dreamy, lonesome-soft feels.

mostly, i use digital, but i dabble with the holga (which is actually not prohibitively expensive, and if i were to develop my own film, which i eventually will get set up, it would be dirt cheap) and polaroid (which is seriously pricey...but i adore it) on occasion.

and thank you for the compliments.

Holga, ooo, yes!, that's it, so dreamy - you creative genius monkey.

I can't wait for you to set up and start making more experiments and feels.

But always look after yourself. Chemicals ... are a biatch.

[link] is selling the tz film and some other stuff, which is pretty fantastic. i think the idea is that they're selling it on a limited basis, and then if it does well, theyre going to keep making it. its a bit pricey, but thats no surprise.

hahaha, i am! i just got the sx-70, and i am wasting that polapremium film like a crazy person. i had no idea it was going to be so picky about the light, im probably averaging about one acceptable shot per pack of film. its going to be an expensive hobby. but i am so, so enjoying this.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

JillAuville In reply to hclay [2009-01-11 05:10:04 +0000 UTC]

it is a very expensive hobby i average about 2 decent shots out of 6 now so i'm getting better at it (at least the failed shots are re-useable as textures, so it's not a complete loss)
