The Defenders are making a comeback, just not sure of the line-up and if Nighthawk will be a part of it. I really liked this pose myself, something different you don't see everyday!

i'd love to see hawkeye as the leader...but with avengers movie coming out, that won't happen! so nighthawk should still be the leader!

I really like how Hawkeye's finally getting the respect he so richly deserves! The way they handled him in the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon was spot-on! I know there's a ton of Avenger-related titles out there, but what I really want to see is a new West Coast Avengers lead by Hawkeye!

I love the look on his face as he flies. Almost like he's worried that he's shooting off sideways
As much as I like his classic costume I wish they would give him the old Batman inspired Squadron Supreme style costume that Nighthawk wore. I think if they just altered it slightly to make the face half covered like this mask it would look perfect.

He always was a worrier! LOL! Poor guy, if he could just learn to relax and stop over-thinking everything, he'd make a great team leader.
And believe me, I'm dying to cover that version of Nighthawk and the Squadron Supreme!!!

Nighthawk and Valkyrie where by far my favorite Defenders of all time!

Even though the powerhouse teaming of Dr. Strange, the Hulk, Sub-Mariner and the Silver Surfer were a force to be reckoned with, I preferred the lesser-known Defenders like Nighthawk, Valkyrie, Son of Satan, Gargoyle, Hellcat, etc.
