Very nice and symmetrical. My eyes are drawn to the green smokey things out of its left... eye? I like the way you put that red flag beside its right eye and put the red person below its left arm to balance it out...

maybe u will able to be a member of the "pimp my art" section on the website that we build my crew and i... and the main idea with marv is sample you choose a disguise for Marvin and we give you the virgin matrix and you draw over with only limits your imagination...

That sounds really interesting. I've been drawing all these portraits lately, although they are useful for developing my drawingskills I still get the feeling they're kind of killing off my imagenation so doing something creative like this would be a nice change.

Personnaly i don't like the color you used: the contrast between the flashy colors (fire and eyes) and the brown for the "clothing" is too much. However there are some effects that i enjoy like the tatooed mask!

Well, this is different, and cool looking, no doubt. The only suggestion I might make is be a bit bolder with your shading. It's noticable on his hands, but that's about the only place. All that white provides a good surface to shade on.
