How'd the design for it come about?

Due to lack of her appearances and only had one swimsuit/beachwear, I had to designs her swimsuit. Because she's in her scuba gear, shorter skirt and her tops is similar of what she's wearing on "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror".
