then you have read or listened to Fallout equestria. Little Pip wears her's on her Left as seen in the reference picture.

This is getting a little confusing. She does wear it on her left foreleg in the reference picture but it's the wrong leg. The artist got it wrong but put it on her right in his other Littlepip pictures. In the story she mentions how she's wearing it on her right which is unusual. Just like Red Eye. So right is right.^^
