I would only suggest that you make it move faster.
Make the frames-timing less so the animation will be smoother.

I just use photoshop to animate it.

Then you have to be able to make the frames faster.
I use photoshop for my emotes too
Look... Open the animation window
See that little black triangle (arrow) under each frame? Press it.
A pop up menu will show up with many timing options.
You can try them and you can put your own timing by pressing (Other)
I like to use 0.05 second . But it differs according to the action speed I want to make.
