well, i never read past the reboot because the way it interrupted the mecha sally arc made me mad ahaha

It got really bad. All the female characters aside from Amy Rose became either invalids, useless idiots, and straight up villains. The stories were something out of the darkest bowels of Tumblr. And the redesigns of certain characters like Sally Acorn were atrocious eyesores that were made just to please the psycho Amy Rose fangirls.

No you did not miss anything good. I have no faith in the new Sonic comics from IDW because Sega has force them to hire the same idiots who ruined the Sonic comics from Archie. And that new live action Sonic movie is going to be a train wreck.

Sony is a joke of a movie studio. And what helps doom the IDW comics is that the terrible cringefest of a game known as Sonic Forces is being uses as the springboard that launched the new Sonic comic universe for IDW.

It was gonna get made by Sony (lest we forget, the same company that enabled Dingo Pictures Mockbusters to leak into the PS1 library, hogs the rights to Spider-Man and drove Sega out of the console market and never ever forget those Fortnite shenanigans) but it's getting made by Paramount instead, the same company that allows Bayformers to exist. If Sonic Forces isn't killing this franchise, I have no doubt this film will be the World's Most Famous Hedgehog's death knell if it fails and it most likely will if the lukewarm reception so far is anything to go by. I will never read the IDW garbage. Trust me. That shit will get canceled within a year or two. That doesn't mean I can't make something good out of it.

I came up with Blaze's outfit on the fly. In the context of the AU I've made, Blaze and her band members go through numerous outfits as they avoid a painful demise from Eggman Nega's robots.
Also Cosmo's design. I'm quite proud of it.

On Underground: I like Blaze's outfit, Manic didn't need to change, but took some time to realize the purple hedgehog girl was Sonia.
On Cosmo: I don't know, man...Cosmo is almost human if you take away the alien attributes. So see her with almost no clothing is...odd. Sorry, man.
