I don't do the code for this, my boyfriend does. I just design/draw it, and he builds it. There are lots of tutorials on doing just regular dress ups, but this might be a bit complicated for a first time project. Do you need to have colouring and manipulation tool? Or do you just need an interactive flash game? I can ask him for some advice on getting started if you know what you need.
