My ex still has a place on Sturgeon River... "Camp Zak". I spent 16 summers up there and got to know some of the locals pretty well. I've fished areas that were pretty much virgin and seen some fish that most avid Walleye, Northern and Musky fishermen would never believe exist. I no longer eat meat nor drink alcohol... but I remember smoked Walleye and ice cold Labatt's Blue with a particular fondness!!!!

I get my trout license here the first day it's available.. I havent found time to go fishing the last couple of years, but that doesnt' stop me from getting the license!! lol Beautiful!

do you have to buy a liscence for each type of fish? we have one liscence up here...and boy is it expensive to fish here now...

Well..the trout license works for the freshwater fish.. we don't need one for saltwater...the trout one is $20 ..(which right now is about the same up there as it is here..for a change) lol

we have the best walleye around..the infisherman was just here also doing a tournament here the first one ever in canada..and it was televised..and brought in 5 milllion to the city...the boats were unreal..the motors were bigger than me
