well the ages are from 12-18 so she could be an older tribute... again theres not much description of her

I was thinking she looks more like an adult, like in her 20s or even 30s ... but then again, I'm notoriously bad at guessing ages, so there you go. And I'm not blaming you, it's the casting directors' choice and as you said there's no description to go off of anyways.
