I was actually able to get away from the house and school work for one day. I am really sorry I have been so lax here lately. I do not deserve your comments, but I would appreciate all constructive help.This was a pretty good climb with my gear and hyper Sadie. She is doing good too.
20040718-Decided to do some editing on this image. Took off most of the boarder and trimed the name down. Thanks for checking out my photos!

Honestly I do not remember exactly. It was still pretty bright so I was probably at f45 (I love my 75-300) and atleast a half second if not a full one.

ooh great shot of the cascades.... its a beautiful spot... and i think you've captured that really well here....
and it must've been a hard hike carrying your stuff.... its something like 2miles up 2 miles down... right?

i too think the border is a bit detracting... but the picture more than makes up for it...

Where is that? I need to go there! That's really beautiful...really, really beautiful. Like a postcard almost! I love the look of the flowing water...the way that it flows together. Really pretty lighting! I'm not too crazy about the type and the border. I think it distracts a bit from the image and the image is just lovely as is. Maybe a more simple border would suffice. Very nice work...hope your new home is treatin' you well!

This is like 45 mins-1hr southwest of Roanoke. Pretty close to Blacksburg (Where Virginia Tech is).
All is good here. School has been very busy.

Stunning shot, love the light transition from light to dark, it gives the water more life, and the photo more feeling and flow... the way in which u captured the water falling is wicked. It looks so soft.
Constructive help eh? Umm in my oppinion, the text needs more space around it, it looks cramped and outa place, although the text itself is right for the pic
I still hate giving constructive critism, but i know u like it

very very nice job on the water fall and shutterspeed. perfect. I would love to see this shot on an overcast day, that would really bring some color into the shadows. as it is though...I really love it. I have some shots like that my self from that area
