4 flat steel bones in the back (around grommets), steel busk in the front, 10 spiral steel bones. Total: 16.
Heavy black pvc and the under layer is heavy cotton.
10metres of ribbon and a huge quantity of grommets XD
it's damn heavy but it works well ^^

yes it's quite difficult since the sewing machine tends to "glue" to it, it doesn't run very well,and it makes very difficult to sew straight boning channels XD but I solved the problem applying a little piece of paper scotch under the sewingmachine's foot. I hope my english is at least comprehensible XD I invented the most part of the words I used here XD
