Description contains a few spoilers for Scare the Jolteon Part 3, obviously!
Naughty the Demon Espeon: Kidnapped Scare's sister Mistletoe and only lets her free if someone can defeat her in a battle. Though, it's not Scare who is gonna fight this one.
Prism the Celebi and Candy Cane the Luxio: Well, Mistletoe is being addicted to... "doing it" with others and from the Abra named Salla, Mistletoe and Scare find out that there's apparently two Pokémon living in a city not far away who would help with exactly that kind of addiction. Those two turn out to be Prism and Candy Cane and don't actually plan to help others with this kind of addiction at all and just use it to trick others into coming to them because, well, I'm just gonna quote Candy Cane: "We two also have that addiction. It's so bad that it has a negative impact on my relationship with my mother. We cared more about getting the satisfaction we need because of our addiction than we cared about the bond we should have between us as mother and daughter. And a good and challenging fight against a strong enemy might have the potential to strengthen our bond."
Heavy the Nidoking: Sent by the main bad guys of Scare's story in its entirety (like, all eight parts together), to kill Mistletoe. Will he succeed? (I just noticed that later on in this description I'm mentioning Mistletoe participating in something again so I guess that question is already answered now. xD)
Hologram Angelica: The main bad guys also infected the hologram of Scare's mother with a computer virus so that now she unwillingly tries to harm Scare.
Relentless the black Cranidos and a giant Ariados robot: Those two battles against those enemies happen at the same time, that's why they share their space on this drawing. Well, Mistletoe is the chosen Espeon and Scare's at that point of the story fiancé Voice is the chosen Umbreon (since the previous chosen Umbreon gave his destiny to him. Well, I did warn you about Spoilers. xD), their "test" to prove being worth to be chosen ones is for Mistletoe to stop Relentless (who's causing quite some trouble now) and for Voice to destroy that apparently out of control giant Ariados robot (as big as "two Wailord on top of each other", to quote how I described its size in the story xD).

Mistletoe... I know this is gonna make what happened completely pointless now, but since I've mostly been forgetting about you, I think I'll have to do this. I want the lake to be a secret from everyone, since it's one of my hiding places from people...*reaches towards her head, and with my psychic powers, I wipe out her memories of me taking her to the mysterious healing lake*
