This is quicly done, but it's free use ^-^Most of the time, when someone likes a character from an other person, they copy or just steal it and say ' it's mine '. But seriously, if you like some character, draw it and make a gift for the artist ( who'll really like it ). When you copy/stole, the only thing you'll have is the rage from the artist.
So ... Make a gift is really beter

I could't agree more. I totally rage when someone stole something from me or another artist. You can draw another person's character, but never ever claim is as your own! And if you make it a fanart/gift art, you can make someone very happy too. <3
