of course he is, seseme street implies that he is but what is a monster if they're friendly? no, a monster is supposed to be hostile and vicious, you should do another one like this one with cookie monster eating severed heads. saying, "OM!! NOM!! NOM!! NOM!!" oh and this picture is FUCKING AWESOME!!! i love it.
