Monster Info: A Waitoreke is a small, brown mammalian cryptid similar to an otter. Reports of this cryptid come from New Zealand. The Waitoreke is supposed to be very low-tempered, and have a distinctive white-spotted coat. Many sightings show a creature the size of an average house cat. They also have webbed hands for swimming. The first appearances of the Waitoreke happened around 1850.
