Biography
A former war hero who had fallen out of favor with the Soviet government, Boris Bullski sought to reclaim his good standing by defeating the American hero Iron Man. He arranged for a powerful suit of armor similar to Iron Man's own to be built for him, and underwent medical treatments to increase his size and strength. As the Titanium Man, Bullski would challenge Iron Man multiple times but could never defeat the hero. As relations improved between America and Russia the Titanium Man would instead work as a high-priced mercenary, though he remained as patriotic and committed to his country as ever. Though other men have reported to have operated in the armor before, Bullski remains by far the most prolific Titanium Man.
