Re-submitting this: I cleaned it up, and I forgot to shrink the last one xD; D'oh.Well, anyway, Vivian from Paper Mario: TTYD. I love her design.
The blue parts aren't meant to be that blue...I only wanted to make them white with a bluish tint, but I was zoning out or something.
