This year every Advent Sunday Jilla will post my drawings of her animals with a little story to tell in her blog. This is the second drawing I did. In the sky, riding the Milky Way, you can see Jilla's deceased Finnhorse Unto as a shooting star. Jilla's current animals, Torsten and Pätkis are looking at him (notice the little smile on Torsten's face, he must have some warm memories of his friend). Of course Finland's flag is flapping at the wind and we also have these too candles that are traditionally burned during independence day!

This is mostly colored pencils with a hint of gouache and a little bit of golden marker. It's on a paper a little bit wider than A4
