Drawing of my little baby bird named Ember.

Ember was bitten on the wing when he(sex not yet confirmed!) was just 1 day old. The wound got swollen and didn't heal. The wingtip went to necrosis and eventually the tip fell off. Ember is now missing half of the primaries on their left wing. This just devastated me, I didn't know what should i do. I was told to put him down from several people, even from my own therapist. But he was fighting through it all. Ember is now bit over month old and thriving. Sadly he won't ever be able to fly, which saddens me so much, but he has never experienced flying, he won't know what he's missing now. He's still such an inspiration to me, fighting through all these hardships.
