One more thought - what if you had a shot of this where her skin looks paler (more pale?), that would look very nice.

I saw your advertisement, and I don't normally pay to much attention. I like the blue popsicle against the blue eyes, it would be interesting to see a series of these shots - green eyes, green pop, brown eyes - chocolate pop, sunglasses - a black lolishpop, etc...
It would also be interesting to see them all in a row, with each food item eaten more more off of.
Alright, those are my ideas.
And I love the frost on the pop.

I love the quartiz blue its beautiful in both the eyes and ice cream and the smile that the model has shows a sweet personality

Her eyes don't really have an expression. She looks kind of like a mannequin. That's the one thing that stood out to me in this photo. The colours are beautiful and the idea is really awesome but I don't think your model executed her pose properly.

I'm sure with some more practise and searching you'll be able to find models that are good for closeups. It can be a real challenge to get emotion right in a facial closeup because SO MUCH of it is in the eyes.
Photography is all about the practising and experimenting, that's for sure.
