Sigrid was in a splendid mood the morning they headed out to the training course. She was so eager when in the right mindset, it made him forget about her stubborn side. They had been training on this route for quite a while now, every jump memorized. Addie tried to spice it up for his training partner every once in a while, but she was still a bit reserved around him. He could tell she missed her other rider... Or maybe he was projecting his own feelings. Either way, he would get the chance to have such a bond soon enough.
