Umm...what is %AppDir%? When I put it in explorer, it says the file can't be found.

AppDir is the path where "x2ico.exe" is, if you do not specify "Out Folder" in options it will create a folder next to "x2ico.exe" called "ICONS" and save converted icons there.
As for the error your getting, it has nothing to do with my app, I don't have that error message anywhere in my code, must be your doing something wrong.

Ah, thanks. And the error was when I pasted "%AppDir%" in Windows Explorer bar, it said it couldn't find the folder. Nothing to do with your app.

You can always access out folder quickly by going to "File - Open Out Folder" in x2ico.

Hehe, did you look at the screenshot?
You can choose which sizes to include inside the ico file

Brilliant, this will save me using IcoFX (trial. ugh.) Will test and get results abck to you.
