Hmm, My freinds give me a challange. To create Oriental Chinese Traditional Female Dress, but the only dresses i can remember is a drama that I watch it way back long ago, the name of the drama is call "Huan Zhu Ge Ge".It still a WIP, but i have created the frame for it. Gonna replace this one with a finished illustration after i done the inking.

Actually it is very easy to do, you just create a layer below your art - select the gradient tool and choose a rainbow effect.
Fill the whole layer with the rainbow gradient color, and then select your artwork layer - from the blending, choose Screen and now you got this beautiful effect.
