Description Thanks to all of you who helped me with the coloring advice! *u* I came up with this and I'm pretty satisfied! I hope you like it!! ^^

I've been also wanting to draw this cute family for a while xD~ What a shame, though.. there's no hanatamago ;3;~

Let me ask you - This is digital art, correct? How did you get the grainy/watercolor effect in some places of this piece? Is it a photoshop filter? :3

Yes, it's digital and it was done in SAI it has a filter with a watercolor texture ^^

The filter was applied in SAI?? Or did you draw this on sai and apply the filter in Photoshop? :3

The reason I ask is I've been practicing with textures recently and sai is the chief program that I use. It would be GREAT if I didn't have to use photoshop, because that program confuses the hell outta me xD

no, it was applied in SAI you select the brush, and under Paints Effects you'll find the Texture options. Scroll down and you'll find the watercolor filter among them ^^
