Awe!! This is just soooo sad. i have just started back to work as a Primary teacher (Just 2 days per week at present) after being trapped by a reversing car in car park last October.. My bones have healed (thanks to an Ilizarov-taylor Frame), and hope to get rid of thigh caliper VEY soon.
I stil attend a Psychologist and councellor but I CANT BRING MYSELF TO GO BACK TO THE PACE and have to go to next town for shopping at a different store. I have panic attacks and hyperventillate. I feel I'll never be truly able to put thins behind me

The story line really intrigues. For sure Court will be a drag but I suppose that with a partner who is loving, gentle and supportive, her "journey" will be much easier.
I'm reminded of a line in one of my stories that suggests love, attention, touch and appreciation can ease things as tough even as phantom pain.

I think it is going to take a lot of time and patience and support for her to put this behind her. But maybe it will help her process the experience better once they have laid everything out for the jury. It must be nerve-wracking to wait on the verdict.
