Description Carolyn had only been working at the factory for a few weeks when they put her on the big line. She was still in training when her glove got caught in the machinery. Before it ripped off her hand, the moving belt dragged her feet through the caustic chemicals. She was treated all over for burns where the acid had splashed, but her legs couldn't be saved. Since she has been released from the hospital, Carolyn's spine has started to curve, trying to compensate for her amputated arm, so she has just been fitted with a brace to protect her back.

She is like me, in my case my amputated arm is the other and shorter, my left leg stump a little longer

Very nice. Thank you. I really like her left leg stump. Is it only one finger that remained of her hands?

You are the first one to notice that. It really was a horrible accident.

Hey, haven't seen anything from you in awhile, welcome back. Interesting image, fascinating detail, quite the story associated with it as well

Thanks for the nice words. Some of the story developed in a role play, but mostly it just takes finding the right materials for a good ES.

Your very welcome. Yeah, i can see that a lot went into this especially in view of the 3 amputations and the brace. When i was doing these a few years ago it seemed that the number of modifications multiplied the difficulty exponentially (especially in terms of finding originals that could be made to work), so this definitely took a lot of work and a lot of talent to put together. LOL now that i have my lovely wife to model for me, the photography seems incredibly simple by comparison as we can just pose and shoot anything we want. There's always searching for the right locations etc, but then we have an abundance of those around here so that's generally pretty simple. Oddly enough she is finding a lot of the es / photo manipulations on here both beautiful and fascinating especially since some of them are a close representation of herself. It wouldn't surprise me if she got into playing with this at some point in the future as well.

Poor thing. Learning to hand-walk (on one hand, no less) in that contraption can't be easy. Fun to watch, though

She is going to have a rough time getting adjusted to her new situation, but I'm sure she'll find someone to help her make the transition.
