Let me just tell you first, this is amazing!
Second, and please don't hate me, but, it's just a tad harsh. Erm, how to explain, well... I feel, in a few places, like his lips, around his nose, and around his jawline, it could be a bit smoother. Just a bit of smoothing and this would be perfect.
Don't get me wrong, the amount of detail is amazing, but sometimes less is more. >-< keep up the amazing work!

I appreciate constructive criticism and I agree, I'm trying a different style of drawing at the minute so I've got very far to go until I'll be happy with it!
