Hello ^^
First, I want to praise you for your brillant design and the great use o colors. They are vivid, but not too fluorescent and keep the eye swirling around the drawing with perfect balance. The audience can get the caracter of the witch by a simple glance and this is something really amazing !

Howewver, there are few things that look weird, especially on the pose with the broom since the one at the bottom would be perfect if perfection existed in this world. The witchs left leg seems a bit off from the drawing, making her look like she opens weirdly her leg and I personally wouldn't like to be her...seems, most uncomortable. Her arm holding the lantern also seems wrong, as if you drew it as she would be facing in the other direction. I think it needs to be closer to her body and you will have to "forsehortens" it. Correcting that might help feel as tough she is really sitting on the broom. although I really suck at this myself...

I love the details of the hat. The flowers are indeed pretty and make her look feminine. And, as opposite to scarlette, I really like the bubble like skirt. It sure enlarges her hips, but her waist looks much more thinnier this way. It's also pretty original !

What I love the most is the style. Paying attention to details, geat colouring, interesting background, that gives picture bit old and magical atmosphere.
Even anathomy is very good, you truly know what you´re doing. Poses look natural and attracting. Especially that one on broom.
However, I think that pose on right together with shape od witch´s skirt makes her look fat. You could either use different shape of skirt, something like left one, or use different pose. When girl stands this skew, round skirts that optically wides her to front and coat that wides her figure to back is quite bad combination.
