This was a big part of my childhood, this sign. I used to see it even before I went to primary school. it used to have colors...now it is faded.

Terrific gradation... even if its incidental. The idea that the window is coming off a little like a door is what makes the eye linger.

Thank you. the piece was probably done before my lifetime, I remember viewing it as a kid when it still had some color, now, it is all but gone. So it could be as many as 50 years old. The light was good that day for photography!
