I don't know which program to use for this, I installed the RAR and got the theme, btw its awesome, but I can't figure out how you got the shell to be a Clones head, nor can I figure out how to use this while keeping the Win7 feel, it feels like xp :/. Main question is what program did you use to load the theme?
