    I sprinted from my last class out to my car, got in, and sped away. I was so anxious to see Frank again. We had been talking on the phone almost every night, but it wasn't enough; I missed him so much.
     I didn't even sleep last night. I spent all night getting my homework done (obviously), but I also packed and picked out the outfit I was wearing today, which took quite some time. I wanted to make sure I looked good, not fancy or anything, just hot I guess.
     I was glad I didn't run into any police on the way;I was flying. It took all of ten min. to get to Frank's house so I was enthused.
     When I steped out of my car, I was greeted by a hug that was more like a tackle and a huge kiss. Though I could have done without the tackle, I took my time to enjoy the kiss.We were in no rush and I missed him so much.
     When we parted I spoke first,'I missed you so fucking much. I thought my therapist was going to have to come live in my dorm.'
     'I know. Not seeing you for so long, it was driving me insane,' He said.
     'Frankie I love you, but if you're crazy enough to love me back, you're already insane.' At this we both laughed and headed inside. There was a wonderful Christmas feast set up for us, but I wasn't sure if we could eat it all.
     And yes, I said Christmas feast. How lame, right? We had to go to school on part of fucking Christmas day. The profesors kept saying 'Well this way, you get an extra three days off.' That makes no fucking sense, whatever. You can't change what's already past.
     Anwyway, I was with Frank now, that's all that mattered.
     Over dinner we caught up on everything. I talked about collage and how I was actually doing really well and he talked about his job and how boring and ordinary it was.He talked about how he wanted to do something fun and unique, he just wasn't quite sure what that was yet. So for now it seemed he was stuck with his lame, normal job.
    It seemed we were finally all caught up so I decided it was time to give Frankie his present. 'Frankie,' I said as he sat down on his couch,'Close your eyes, ok?'
     'Why?' He asked.
     'Cause I wanna give you your present. Why else?' I answered.
     'Gerard. You didn't have to get me anything. You're here; that's all I wanted.'
     'Well you better accept it now because it was a pain in the ass to get.'
     'Fine,' he said, closing his eyes. Damn he looked so adorable. I ran out to my car and hurried back inside before Frank got impacient.
     When I returned holding his present in my hand he still sat on the couch with his eyes locked shut, but he had started to squirm. I didn't think it was possible for someone to be more impacient than me, but Frank had proved me wrong. 'You can open your eyes now.' I said. He opened his eyes slowly at first, but as his eyes fell upon the gibson Billy Joe Armstrong signature Les Paul Junior electric guitar he was ecstatic. And this time his hug wasn't like a tackle; it WAS a tackle. 'My God Gerard this is fucking amazing! Thank you sososososososososososososososo'
     'Frankie I get it. And your welcome. I'm glad you like it.'
     'Like it!? Gerard, I fucking LOVE it! How did you find one?' He screamed with enthusiasm.
     'With my magical powers.' I answered mockingly.
     'Well use your magical powers to make my head feel better. I smashed it against your thick skull when I tackled you,' he said in return.
     'That is, after you get your present. It's not nearly as good as what you got me, but it's the thought that counts, right?' He stood up and walked over to the Christmas tree. He crawled underneath it and came out with a package from the very back. He obviously didn't want me sneaking any looks at my present. 'Here.' He said as he handed me my present.
     I took it gently not knowing or wanting to damage what was inside. I peeled the wraping paper away revieling a very unique (and colorful) sketch book that I really liked, a brand new set of colored pencils (which I needed badly), a pack of regular pencils (which was also needed badly), and a small box. I opened the small box and inside was a golden locket with a picture of Frankie and me inside. But this locket was special, instead of a heart at the end of the chain it was a palet.
     'Frankie. I...'
     'I know it's lame. I just couldn't think of anything else and'
     'No. Frankie, I love it.' I leaned forward and our lips met. It was actually intended to be a short kiss, but it probably lasted for five min. at least untill we parted. We spent the rest of Christmas day together, just relaxing, curled up in each others arms; the rest of break was just as wonderful.
     But this time when we parted it wasn't as difficult as the last, because this time I already new that we WOULD see each other again.
