Description
Based on the cover of Transformers G1 #3 originally drawn by Mike Zeck.I decided to give Spidey his Ultimate Spiderman costume instead of the the black symbiote costume he wears in the comic. For Megs I went for a bit more like his toy version.
Background is just part of photo of Times Square that I found on google image search and modified with some Photoshop effects.

If Spidey could take down Giant Man, then he can certainly handle Megatron.

Yeah, despite the similar scale, Giant Man punching Megatron
would probably be just as effective as Captain America doing the same thing to Ultron.

The colours are giving it more life now which is good! So I'm guessing the scene is around a busy place like a city of some kind. I think you could of added more toned shadows to give it more stronger feel that both characters fit in the type atmosphere they are in. Also with Spiderman's web tying around Megatron, maybe you could of made more white instead of just black lines to show it is his strong web because it kinda looks like it's just thing string around Megatron. Other than that it looks good, well done!

Thanks. The scene is Times square (as Spidey's from New York). I did the colours on Megs and Spidey before adding the background, which is just a photomanip. I added some lighting effects to merge the characters with the background, but it did'nt seem to have desired effect because the backgrounds a bit dark. As for the webs, they're suposed to look a bit stringy cus any minuite now, Megs is gonna snap them and go ape.
