First maternity session outside of the corporate studio.

I'm a little frustrated at my camera, the light was so bright that I couldn't see my viewfinder very clearly, come to find out I had something (i'm assuming my aperture since I messed with that the most) set in such a way a lot of noise appeared on the images. Any suggestions for editing that out better?
