Okay here is the Digital Colored Version of this image here:

The truck is a 1970 Autocar semi truck an this one i drew for Walking Dead Character 'Quandryea' is gray with a white decals, the lines that look like a design on the truck is what is white.

This is what the model of her truck truck looks like:

Now when the apocalypse happened it was fixed up to accommodate the living conditions so it does not run on fuel, it is steam drivin.

Quandryea is (was) a Diesel Mechanic an she modified her truck to make it steam drivin, an yes it is possible for a truck to be steam drivin if done right.
