heh. I made these cakes for my boyfriends 18th birthday. They were more difficult to make than it may seem, but it was fun and boyfriend was happy ^^ They were around a big D in size, so we pretty much lay in bed complaining about stomachache the rest of the day. Tasted great though!

My friend's 18th birthday is comming along and that would be a hilarious suprise. (Along with the blow up doll we bought him.)

I didn't follow a specific recipe, but just made a sketch of how i wanted them to be, and then i bought cake bottom-things (i don't know the english word for it) cut them in the proper size, and put filling between, (read above reply) the rounded top was made with thick custard, and then i covered it all with a thin sheet of marzipan. I also used melted chocolate to glue the nipples on. The hardest part was to roll out the marzipan and get a sheet big enough to cover it all. Overall, it was harder than i thought. But if you wanna give it a try, be my guest ^^

I've got a couple of friends that are apprentice chefs, so if I manage to convince them this is a good idea, they should turn out fine. >: )

the bottom layer is filled with raspberry jam mixed with whipped cream, and the top layer is custard. If i remember correct..!
