(Please visit the group Undertale - Randomizer to learn more)In Undertale: Ultimate Randomizer, Larpy, the cut Hotland enemy from the Undertale art book, replaces Toriel. He goes to the Ruins (Yes, the Ruins is unchanged in U.R.. Thank rng for that) to wait for a human to enter the Underground and insert himself into their legend. He likes to play DND with the other inhabitants of the Ruins and will narrate every action the human does, much to their annoyance. His battle, like in Toby's original idea, will involve playing an rpg game within the actual battle.
His "Delta-Rune" symbol is replaced by a generic eye-like creature with four rays around it, mostly since I haven't actually randomly generated the Asriel equivalent as well as their Angel of Death form, since I'm doing these chronologically.
The Ruins stays the same, and does not change whatsoever.
