Fantastic focus! Background is smeared very harmoniously with the swan.
All I would like to see here are lights, brighter feathers.

Thank you, the sun was just beginning to go down as I was taking these photos, there was cygnets around as well, and my dog was barking at the poor swan.

If You don't like to change picture in any program, Your shot is still great.
Poor swan? They can be very malignant! I remember how one of them wheezed at me. Applause for Your dog (which is cute, by the way).
