Nice. There's almost the seemingless resonance of Zero's values in this picture - he's tired of fighting, but he still holds his saber because he wants to protect the ones he cares for. A dark determination. : )
Good drawing! But his upper body (especially his torso) is a lot smaller in comparison to his body. Just a small note, but other than that I really like it. : )

that's a really great piece, man. Hair looks a little flat to me, but the armor pieces are nice and weighty, and I'm a huge fan of the overylay in the background (I did that on a few of mine)

dude I really really love how the shading is done, it's like a super steroid-enhaced coloring version of the rmz style. I love it.
the mouth looks a little bit weird , maybe the positioning, and his right hand lacks shading
